Priority Support Benefits

  • Online ticket tracking system to track response time for all tickets, and to log details of resolutions.
  • Create a ticket just by emailing it to our special Priority Support email address from your computer or from your phone.
  • Track progress of your ticket through email update notices or through the online Priority Ticket system.

Pricing

Priority Support access is charged as a monthly automatic credit card or eCheck/ACH transaction with a six month term. Pricing is between $500-$1500/month.

Conditions

Using Priority Support will guarantee your issue will be responded to within the guaranteed response time or faster. Once the source of an issue is determined, if it is a quick fix, then it will be fixed immediately. If it is a larger issue, then the fix will be scheduled as priority internally.
